In february 2003, the Moroccan non-profit-making organization named « TAZZANINE », a berber world meaning « children » was created by 25 voluntary women who work volentlessly for the benefit of the abandoned children of the nursery of the hospital Hassan II of Agadir.

The TAZZANINE organization has started by the realisation of the fittings of the nursery, the equipment of the rooms as well as the recruitment of personals (28 instructress, one housekeeper and a driver).

Today, the number of abandoned children taken in charge is 75, those aged of more than 3 years old are not of our responsability and should integrate public orphanage. Yet, being the only organism responding to this specificity in the region, we are obliged to take in charge children aged of 0 to 22 years old, note that 32 of them are physically or mentally handicapped.
